Eddekhar is a digital Savings platform that helps employees save money and make smarter financial decisions. It offers personalized financial advice, automated savings, and budgeting tools to help employees increase their savings. It also provides them with tips for managing their money, and the ability to set up automated savings goals. In addition, Eddekhar provides a secure platform for users with encryption and fraud protection.

History

Eddekhar was created after Dr. Adnan Alkhiary noticed a huge shift and push towards financial technology in the Kingdom. This success story occurred at the Saudi Electric Company. In 1995, he founded and built a savings fund for the employees of the company. Dr. Adnan’s innovation came through after suggesting developing this fund and providing more benefits and services to the employees. The fund was eventually able to provide four privileges for the employees

Murabaha Program (purchasing commodities and financing it to the employee)

Dividing the earnings at the end of the year from these investments to the participants of the fund

Granting interest-free loans

Helping each employee develop a savings fund
