Founded in 2009 as the Kingdom's first purpose-built digital brokerage and fully licensed by the Capital Market Authority, Derayah has built a broad set of investment offerings spanning Saudi and international brokerage, equity and money market funds, REITs, and discretionary portfolio management, and listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in early 2025. Through this partnership, Eddekhar and Derayah Financial will give companies and their employees additional investment solutions that build on Eddekhar's automated savings, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Financial Sector Development Program to strengthen the culture of saving and raise financial awareness.
