Our story began with one of the Kingdom’s largest companies — Saudi Electricity Company — where we designed and implemented the employee savings fund from the ground up. The fund turned saving from a faltering individual commitment into an institutional system that runs automatically with every paycheck, giving thousands of employees a real view of their financial future and a stability that showed directly in their commitment and productivity.
That implementation was more than a technical project — it was practical proof that real employee financial wellbeing can be built inside the largest Saudi institutions, with professional methodology and full compliance with Shariah guidelines and local regulations.
Dr. Adnan Alkhiary — founder of Eddekhar — co-founded the savings fund at Saudi Electricity Company and grew it from SAR 200 thousand to more than SAR 36 million over nine years, in full accordance with Shariah guidelines.
